Our team at Jacknife had the incredible honour of rebranding Canada’s foremost Aerospace experts MDA, reintroducing the brand into the modern age through a modern, clean design visual system with subtle retro-futurism nuances to distinguish and hero their +50 years of heritage within the space industry. Drawing inspiration from lifestyle and culture, the visual identity walks the line in showcasing MDA’s technical and industrial prowess, whilst still feeling approachable and familiar within the industry. The icon acts as a window into the MDA vision – a company and culture with an onwards-and-upwards ethos and mentality that strive for the betterment of humanity and the planet.
